桜が咲いたら、お花見ピクニックヨガを代々木公園で開催します
Hi, everyone.
Thank you for being a member of my yoga studio which is called New York Style yoga, located in Shinsen, Shibuya.
We will go to Yoyogi Park for hanami picnic yoga when sakura starts blooming!
Our MeetUp Yoga group
MeetUpの英語のヨガグループは、コロナの時期に始めました。(2020年の12月)
その後、2022年の春から、拠点にしていたレンタルスタジオ(ミッション道玄坂)から近い代々木公園でお花見ピクニックヨガを開催してきました。
My English yoga community in Tokyo on MeetUp has started around covid, since then we kept holding Hanami picnic yoga in Yoyogi park since 2022 every spring once a year.
今年も代々木公園でみなさんでヨガをしたいと思っています！
そして、公園で簡単なヨガをした後、一緒におしゃべりしたり、食べたり飲んだりして時間を過ごしましょう！（ヨガマットをご持参ください）
This year, I would like to go to the park and do yoga with everyone! And let’s spend a little time chatting, eating and drinking together after a simple yoga session on the ground! ( Bring your yoga mat! )

You can come to only yoga or only lunch.
ヨガだけのご参加、お花見だけのご参加、ともに大丈夫です。
- It’ll be simple, not the same as when you do in the studio. But it’s okay, caz the main purpose is sakura on this class! 外のヨガとスタジオでのヨガは異なりますが、年に１度の機会、桜を見ながらのヨガを楽しみましょう
- If you’re really mood for yoga, come to Sunday Vinyasa Class that starts 10:30am, or I have another that starts 9:00am on Sunday! 日曜日に開催のスタジオクラスもよろしくお願いいたします！

- If the weather is not good, I will announce the cancelation of the event here. Even in that case, I would like to hold the regular class in our studio.
雨天の場合、スタジオでクラスを開催します。 - If the sakura blooming is really slow, the event might need to be postponed to the next week of fifth in April
開花が遅れている場合は、開催を翌週に延期する可能性があります。
