「 アシュタンガヨガ ハーフプライマリーレッド 」
アシュタンガヨガのハーフプライマリーまでのポーズを行ってきます。 スタンディング・座ったポーズ・調整系ポーズまで行います。We will cover Ashtanga yoga poses up to half primary. Standing, sitting, and adjustment poses.
わたし(Mika)もクラスに同席し、アジャストでみなさんのポーズが深まるお手伝いをしてまわります。 I (Mika) will attend the class to help you with adjustments to deepen their poses.

チエ先生のアシュタンガヨガクラスは、(アシュタンガ特有の) 厳格すぎる雰囲気がうまく緩和されていて、やさしくて明るい雰囲気が特徴です。普段は、外資系の会社でキャリアウーマンとしてご活躍されています。(英語のご対応も可能です。)
In Chie’s Ashtanga yoga class, the strict atmousphere, which is specific to Ashtanga class, is successfully reduced, and you will feel gentle and cheerful vibes instead. Usually, she works as a career woman at a foreign-affiliated company. (English is also available.)
シンギングボウルの演奏や、お寺(麻布 一乗寺)での早朝ヨガクラス、Yoga G ives Backによる国際女性デーのイベントで対談されるなど、多岐にわたる活躍。
She covers a wide variety of topics such as performing singing bowl, early morning yoga classes at a temple (Azabu Ichijoji), and being interviewed at an International Women’s Day event organized by Yoga Gives Back.

I wanted to introduce an Ashtanga yoga teacher who is relatively easy to take to those of you who are casually taking Vinyasa classes for fun, so I planned a special class with Chie!
